I had a brown envelope arrive this morning. It gave me a shock because I thought it was the dwp with bad news. Turned out to be a ppi company. Not sure if I am pleased or what.

Alec the cat went to the vet today for his first vaccinations. He was more worried about the car journey than the injection!

Ha ha Aubergine, cats can be odd!! My dog used to love the vets even after spaying etc-strange creature :P

My cat hates the car but purrs when he's having his temperature taken!!

But he willingly explores inside cars if you leave a door open... Makes no sense.

Ha ha animals are weird.

I think it's a comfort purr, like he's saying to himself "everything's fine, everything's fine... there's nothing being poked up my backside... everything's fine...!"

Apparently cats do comfort purr. I'm not sure if it's called that though.

Interesting, didn't know about the comfort purr. You learn something new every day!
