Hey Emma. I'm sorry that you feel so anxious. Nausea is horrible. Do you like ginger or peppermint? I find that they helped a bit when I was really nauseous a while back. I hope the blood test goes OK. Have a hug.

Thanks Beckie. Bleurgh. Could cry. What a complete doughnut.

Cacoethes 09-03-2018 04:02 PM

You aren't a doughnut!
We all have our own things that we are scared of!

And thanks very much now I want a doughnut! :p

tiptoes 09-03-2018 04:15 PM

Me too!

All the best people cry/want to cry on trains or in train stations so you are in good company!

nonperson 09-03-2018 04:19 PM

I just stood/ wandered around in the middle of the train station the other day being incredibly indecisive and unsure where I was meant to be going! And I was right in front of the ticket barriers in the way of all the commuters trying to get home. Don’t think they were impressed in the slightest.

Train travel isn’t easy!

Aubergine 09-03-2018 04:19 PM

Hehe thanks. Now on train number three. My last train! Train man was nice. :)

If I still made doughnuts for a living, I'd make you one!

Aubergine 09-03-2018 04:20 PM

Hey Person. Thanks. :) How are you?

Cacoethes 09-03-2018 04:21 PM

I had a complete breakdown at kings cross once.
The police took me up to their offices upstairs and gave me tea and a doughnut.

Glad the man was nice!

You made doughnuts?

Aubergine 09-03-2018 04:25 PM

I used to work in the bakery in Morrison's about 9 years ago. I used to spend hours frying balls of dough and injecting them with Jam/custard/apple sauce. Worst. Job. Ever. :P

Aubergine 09-03-2018 04:26 PM

Best I ever got out of Euston was a bottle of water and a celebration. :P

Cacoethes 09-03-2018 04:28 PM

I think I'd just eat all the doughnuts in that situation
Although may get sick of them after a while!

My brother once took advantage of a Tesco error so that packs of maryland cookies were only a penny. He went to 3 different tescos and bought a **** ton of them.
He was living with me at the time so as I came down the stairs in the morning, literally about 30 packs of these cookies were laid out on my living room floor!
And I still can't eat that specific brand anymore!!

Aubergine 09-03-2018 04:32 PM

Oh wow. That's a lot of cookies!

I couldn't eat doughnuts for a long time! Even the smell of them made me feel icky. :P I lasted a few months of six hour shifts on a dough production line before it was just too awful. :P

Cacoethes 09-03-2018 04:34 PM

Yep!
I was giving them away to pretty much evryone who came to my house but it still took ages to get rid of them all! :p

Yeah, doesnt sound like the best job in the world!

Aubergine 09-03-2018 04:55 PM

Haha! How did your brother know they were 1p?!

Cacoethes 09-03-2018 04:59 PM

One of his mates worked at tesco and told him!

Pomegranate 09-03-2018 05:59 PM

Women at work loved Magic Mike.

Probably Roast Beef, it was my Dad's Birthday last Monday, My Brother's this Monday, they're both paying for everything.

Cacoethes 09-03-2018 06:49 PM

I think my favourite is roast beef too.
Nom.

Aubergine 09-03-2018 07:09 PM

Mmm. Roast beef. I had a dream the other night that I stopped eating beef and lamb because of the environmental impact, but I just could not!

Buttons. 09-03-2018 07:09 PM

Roast beef is fab. Plus Yorkshires, obviously.

Ha ha that sounds a little like the year I went vegetarian and it ultimately ended in me sat there going 'hmm, morals/burgers morals/burgers morals/burgers...' chose burgers, never looked back :P

Cacoethes 09-03-2018 07:10 PM

Gotta have the yorkshires!!!

I was veggie for 9 years.
Meat is too good tho

Aubergine 09-03-2018 07:18 PM

I've never been veggie. Considered it, but nope.

Cacoethes 09-03-2018 07:20 PM

Duck and pancakes from the Chinese, bacon sandwiches, KFC....

Buttons. 09-03-2018 07:22 PM

Now I have to draw the line at KFC. Evil.

Aubergine 09-03-2018 07:26 PM

Totally read that as Captain Carvery. What a great superhero name!

Cacoethes 09-03-2018 07:30 PM

KFC was mainly why i went back to meat.
Well, not actual KFC, the hospital I was at did fried chicken every so often and I was sick of the crap veggie options and it smelled really good and that was the end of my vegetarianism!

Duck and pancakes is so good

Lol captain carvery XD

Buttons. 09-03-2018 07:31 PM

Fried chicken is epic, KFC is evil. Salt and pepper chicken om nom nom nom.

Cacoethes 09-03-2018 07:32 PM

nonperson 09-03-2018 07:42 PM

Aubergine 09-03-2018 07:46 PM

Cacoethes 09-03-2018 07:46 PM

Hello nonperson!!

nonperson 09-03-2018 07:49 PM

It was raining and muddy but quite nice actually.

I don't need anything from the shop... I just want certain stuff. And maybe something quick for dinner.

Hi Beckie. =)

one_step_closer 09-03-2018 07:54 PM

I will add to the food discussion by saying that my local dessert shop put on their FB that they're selling half Easter eggs and ice cream and I thought yum so bought a full Easter egg and Ben & Jerry's from Tesco.

Buttons. 09-03-2018 07:54 PM

Glad walk was quite nice Np despite the weather :)

I just heard icecream van pass my street, music on...weird in this weather at this time!

Buttons. 09-03-2018 07:55 PM

Lins that sounds yum.

nonperson 09-03-2018 07:56 PM
