Umm I'm meeting my boyfriend's mum for the first time tomorrow morning O.o
Then have work 12 til 5.
Tbh the main factor in my decision-making right now is that I don't know what time the others are going to the pub. If it's early enough that I can go straight from the train that's fine; if it would mean that I would have to wait on my own for people to show up or to head home and then out again I don't think I can be bothered.

Does anyone know a good way to stop a panic attack?

I find listening to my iPod helpful. Sometimes lying down to ride it out helps. I’m sorry you are having a panic attack. I know it doesn’t feel like it, but it will pass.
