Sketchy 28-01-2018 06:25 PM

Maybe have an early night then? I’m going to have an early night, because I’m braving ikea tomorrow morning with my sister.

Cacoethes 28-01-2018 06:28 PM

I will definitely get an early night.
Got to be up for college tomorrow. Ugh.

Ooo I love ikea! Haven't been in ages.
Are you planning to get something?

Eska 28-01-2018 06:31 PM

I’m going to try to have an early night too.

I saw Matilda the Musical this week! It was awesome. I still have the songs in my head.

I have this rocking chair in blue and ikea has a matching footstool, so I’m going to buy the footstool for it. I might get some cutlery and other bits and bobs.

Sketchy 28-01-2018 06:34 PM

That sounds like fun Eska.

Cacoethes 28-01-2018 06:38 PM

Oh nice!

Sketchy 28-01-2018 06:45 PM

It’s impossible to go through ikea without buying things you didn’t intend to. On Tuesday I’m ordering shelves from Argos.

Cacoethes 28-01-2018 06:46 PM

That is true!!
I have memories of being at home and having loads of packets of 100 tea light candles.
We never even used them!!

Sketchy 28-01-2018 06:49 PM

Ikea do big packs of tea lights. Their candles are nice.

Cacoethes 28-01-2018 07:04 PM

I really want to go to ikea now!!

Sketchy 28-01-2018 07:08 PM

It shouldn’t be too busy being a weekday morning. I hate IKEA when it’s busy. I might get some storage boxes too.

Cacoethes 28-01-2018 07:13 PM

Yeah it should be fine on a Monday morning

Aubergine 28-01-2018 07:37 PM

Hellooooo.

I like Ikea. :) I hope you have fun there!

I am tired. Early night, I think.

Sent DSA application off and completed Church of England online safeguarding training. Missions accomplished!

Sketchy 28-01-2018 07:57 PM

Thanks.

Well done on completing your missions Aubergine.

I’m catching up on washings. Need to wash my onesies, which means I’ll be in boring regular pyjamas tonight.

Cacoethes 28-01-2018 08:18 PM

Well done aubergine!

Ah that's a shame Lorriane!
At least you'll have a nice clean onesie for tomorrow night!

Sketchy 28-01-2018 08:22 PM

That’s true. Love a nice fresh onesie.

What’s everyone up to this evening?

I’m just watching tv. Might play my Nintendo 3ds.

Cacoethes 28-01-2018 08:24 PM

I'm watching the Hobbit.
I think i might have a snack as well

I have this or similar in cream but I drape a rug over it. I find Ikea a bit overwhelming though.

The Hobbit is a good film :)

I'm just rewatching a Dara O'Brien stand up can't be bothered putting anything else on.

Cacoethes 28-01-2018 09:36 PM

Nice to see you Buttons!
Dara O brien is funny!

Sketchy 28-01-2018 09:38 PM

Hey Buttons!

Aubergine 28-01-2018 09:40 PM

I went to see Dara before he got really famous. He was awesome! :)

Cacoethes 28-01-2018 09:47 PM

Cool!

I've never been to any stand up gigs.
I'd love to though!

Aubergine 28-01-2018 09:51 PM

You should definitely try and get to one! I'm seeing Ross Noble later on this year. :) I've seen Ed Byrne (twice), Alan Davies, Stephen Fry and Andy Parsons. I love watching comedy! I'd see more if it wasn't so expensive and I didn't have to book my Mum to come with me because of crowds. :P

Cacoethes 28-01-2018 09:53 PM

Oh wow!
I'd love to see all of them!
It is so expensive though!
And I wouldn't want to go alone.
I went to a concert alone and that was fine but it's more fun with other people!

I'm going to bed now.
Early start tomorrow D:
Night night all!

Sketchy 28-01-2018 09:55 PM

Goodnight Beckie. Sleep well.

Pomegranate 28-01-2018 09:59 PM

Night Becky!

Aubergine 28-01-2018 10:00 PM

Night night, Beckie. I hope you sleep well.

Buttons. 28-01-2018 10:04 PM

Thanks all. Jealous of the seeing Dara O'Brien live before he got famous!

I've been to see Peter Kay live, that was great.

I've just been hard core and treated myself to spagetti hoops :P

Sketchy 28-01-2018 10:05 PM

Spaghetti hoops are yummy. Especially on toast.

Aubergine 28-01-2018 10:11 PM

Love spaghetti hoops on toast. I hope you enjoy them! :) Oh, I imagine Peter Kay was fantastic! :)

How're you doing, Lorraine?

I'm eating Magnum ice cream. :)

Pomegranate 28-01-2018 10:23 PM

Oooh I’ve not had spaghetti hoops in years. I might get some princess shaped ones next time I go shopping.

Magnum ice cream sounds epic

Sketchy 28-01-2018 10:27 PM

I’m ok thanks Aubergine. How are you? How is everyone?

Yum magnum.

Aubergine 28-01-2018 10:31 PM

Princess shaped spaghetti hoops?! I have never heard of them! Definitely get some. :)

It is awesome. It's got a thick layer of chocolate on top, then shards or chocolate within the vanilla ice cream, then the ice cream is also surrounded by chocolate. <3

I am tired. Bed soon, I think.

Sketchy 28-01-2018 10:46 PM

I like the my little pony spaghetti. I might get some!

Hope you get a good sleep Aubergine.

Aubergine 28-01-2018 10:48 PM

Thank you. :) Ice cream reluctantly put back in the freezer. :P

I used to love My Little Pony. Didn't realise tinned spaghetti came in so many different shapes!

Pomegranate 28-01-2018 10:48 PM

Ooooh I’ve never seen my little pony spaghetti! Want! Thanks for the heads up sketchy :-)

How’s your day been Aubergine? Hope tomorrow goes ok for you. How long is the training? How was your day Sketchy?

Aubergine 28-01-2018 10:50 PM

It's been OK thanks, Emma. Met my Uncle for a Costa, then tidied a bit and did some online training. Training tomorrow is two hours. Sigh.

How's your day been?

Pomegranate 28-01-2018 10:56 PM

Sounds like a nice chilled day. It’s awesome how supportive your family are. I had costa today. Decided to try an iced Americana- was disgusting! And looked like pond water! I’ll stick to normal coffee from now on!

Work was a bit meh but had a roast dinner with my friend after and now chilling at home. Do you have to be up early tomorrow? I don’t like safeguarding training either, prob for similar reasons. Ours is a total of 16 hours a year :-/

Aubergine 28-01-2018 11:04 PM

My family are great. :) Or my Mum's side, anyway. My Dad's side... Bit mad. :P

I think normal coffee sounds like a plan, Emma! I like an iced latte. Have to avoid most caffeine though, so it's all decaff. Had hot chocolate today. :)

Roast dinner sounds great! What lovely friends you have! :) I have nothing to be up for tomorrow, but might go for a swim in the morning. Training is not until 19:30.

16 hours a year doesn't sound fun. I do NHS stuff, stuff for the company I work for and church stuff because I look after the one to four year olds once a month. I'm not sure how much it works out as each year.

Pomegranate 28-01-2018 11:07 PM

It all seems rather repetitive doesn’t it! I have to do that for my company and then also safeguarding through nhs for my course. Still difficult though.

Swimming sounds a good plan. I think I will stick to an ice latte or Starbucks Frappuccino from now on. I’ve been trying to avoid caffeine in the day but I had about four hours broken sleep last night so was knackered!

Aubergine 28-01-2018 11:15 PM

It really does! And yes, still difficult. This one involves group work and things too. I could always cancel, but I'd still have to do it at some point soon or I'll have to stop helping out at church because it'll be out of date.

We don't have a Starbucks in the town I live in. I think there's one in the city, but I rarely go there. Do you prefer it to Costa? I like Nero too.

Pomegranate 28-01-2018 11:17 PM

Urgh, sounds like it’s quite necessary then. Boo :-(

I prefer Starbucks for their iced/cold drinks, Nero for standard Americano and costa for everything else...I used to drink an awful lot of coffee lol

Aubergine 28-01-2018 11:19 PM

Boo indeed.

Haha! Sounds like you are a connoisseur!

nonperson 28-01-2018 11:24 PM

Hi all.

Pomegranate 28-01-2018 11:27 PM

Hi person. How was your meal? How are you feeling today?

I have preferences lol but in reality a coffee is a coffee! And it usually comes down to whether I have any vouchers or free coffees at the place I’m near.

Sketchy 28-01-2018 11:28 PM

My day has been good thanks Emma. I spent the day with my sister and the cat. Now back home. You can call me Lorraine if you like.

Hey Nonperson. How are you?

nonperson 28-01-2018 11:28 PM

Hi Pomegranate. My meal was nice, ate lots because it was a buffet. =)

I'm a bit muddled today...

I like Nero hot chocolate best out of all the coffee shops. Don't like coffee at all.

And also hi Lorraine. =)

Aubergine 28-01-2018 11:29 PM

Hey Person! How's your birthday been?
