I'll ask to see the dr here. The gp not the idiot consultant who told me I was abusing codeine and took it off my chart. I've used it 4 times in 2 months. She said it's too strong. I'm not the only one on opiates here. *grumble*

Did melatonin help you fall asleep or stay asleep?

Some of my ebay purchases came today. I'm pleased with them. The bag isn't perfect as promised but it was really cheap and the weat is minor.

She doesn't really listen to me and she's very patronising :/ I don't know what her role is to be honest because she doesn't actually help with anything. And she's blocked me from seeing anyone else so when she went on holiday for 2 months I was alone which was dangerous and didn't go well.

It was! And i got to drive in the rain which is good experience.

Pals stands for patient advice and liason service. They can help with advocates and complaints.
You aren't stupid! Not everyone will know what they are.

Rebecca, i used to be like that. But tbh my life has improved greatly since I stopped caring about other's feelings so much and started putting myself first!
Not in like a selfish way and I do care what other people think and feel but I consider my own needs too.
Life is a lot easier like that!

I'm sleepy. Just been for a drive with my dad, who has recently returned to driving after many years away from it. We went to a park, had lunch in the garden centre and went a walk. I also dyed my hair today and have been to the shops. A bit more productive than normal.
