I've had a lazy day. I was supposed to go out and do some tasks but I didn't. There's always tomorrow. I'm meeting a friend tomorrow so I'll have to go out. Just now I'm rewatching orange is the new black from the beginning.

Hi there! I had a visit from my new nurse which went fine. She brought a student nurse with her.

I had a really good driving lesson.
He said if i keep going the way i am, then it wont be long until im ready for my test!
And he wants me to get my theory test out of the way so I'll do that as soon as i can afford it :)

Good afternoon guys. I got a letter today asking me to go in for an assessment for my epilepsy which I'm not looking forward to. I have a week to prepare for that. My mum has a doctor's appointment today soon, I hope things will be okay

Thats very short notice for an appointment. Is it with a neurologist?

To be honest I don't know, they didn't say in the letter but it might be. That's one of the things that's making me anxious. I don't even know what hospital it's from. I'd ask my social worker for help but she's on holiday for 2 months.

I'm leaving now for the doctors, I'll probably come back later. Bye!

I'm on the bus at the moment, it's boiling and we're stuck in a traffic jam! No I don't have anyone, I only have my social worker. I did ask for someone else while she was away but no one was available. Which is bad because I get triggered a lot. Oh well.

I'm really upset now because I got on the bus to get home but couldn't find my bus pass, and my bag was open so I think someone went in it at some point and stole it. And I don't know how to deal with this feeling I have of anger at myself and upset about being stolen from by someone, so tonight is going to be a bad night for me
I called up the bus pass people and got my card cancelled, but I had personal stuff in with it, like numbers and passwords and photos. I hate people so much. This is why I don't go out and stay in my room...

I've had a good day, I have a new shiny upgraded phone thanks to my mum (so so unbelievably grateful <3). Am also trying to decide whether to continue with Girl on a Train book, only read a few pages so far, but mum said there's a lot of alcohol related content in the book, so I don't know whether to continue, on one hand I think it might be okay, helpful even to read about it objectively, but on the other I don't want to inadvertently trigger myself.

My mum did get back to me eventually so that's all sorted!
Shes just been super busy.

I'm on train waiting for it to leave to go home. I spent today in the west end with my friend in a gallery, then we went to a few pubs. Was good.
