I've been getting my days mixed up loads this week.

I often get my days mixed up.

It's sooooooooooooooooooooooo warm! This heat makes me moan even more.

I'm quite cool in my house. I've got all the windows open so there's a nice breeze going through the house.
And I have loads of nice cold cans of coke in the fridge!

My bad shoulder is KILLING after carrying that box of coke home.

Eeep Beckie, sounds like you need to rest it. Could you take some painkillers?

Oh no. I hope your shoulder gets better soon. Argh! I forgot to buy irn bru. That's disappointing. I'll go out tomorrow for it.

I've had some Nurofen so hopefully that will kick in soon!

RICE is for rest ice comfort elevation. Is what you do fr sore bits that aren't broken. Like sprains and strains.
