Fajitas are super healthy. I don't use sour cream but instead use light mayo, not that I'm dieting but still!

They can eat homous and most breads. You can buy egg replacer in tesco so some recipes can be adapted to include vegan friendly ingredients. They eat vegan cheese and plant based dairy products.

My dinner was yummy. Nicely full now!
