not_so_insig 23-03-2017 08:52 PM

I have never seen that film. Is it the one with David Bowie?

Sketchy 23-03-2017 08:59 PM

It is. It was my favourite film as a kid. I still love it.

Cacoethes 23-03-2017 10:13 PM

Labrynth is a great film!! I love it!!

Back from clubbercise. Didn't feel 100% and was gonna leave before it even started but I'm glad I stayed because I felt better!
I think either I'm getting fitter or its the not smoking but I am nowhere near as out of breath as I was in the first class I went to!
Zumba gold tomorrow morning :)

Sketchy 23-03-2017 10:31 PM

That's good you managed to stay. Sounds like not smoking is paying off.

Labyrinth is on Netflix if you are wanting to watch it. It was good.

Cacoethes 23-03-2017 10:36 PM

It seems like it!

Ooo I didn't know it was on Netflix!!!

chinahorse 23-03-2017 10:52 PM

Never heard of that film.

I'm tipsy and going to have to sneak back in and hope staff don't notice lol

chinahorse 23-03-2017 10:52 PM

And I'm late back

not_so_insig 23-03-2017 11:09 PM

Hope you don't get into trouble Lillie.

not_so_insig 23-03-2017 11:16 PM

I banged my foot so two of my toes are incredibly painful.

Sketchy 23-03-2017 11:25 PM

Ouch! Hope you are ok Dawn.

Lillie, I hope you get back ok.

chinahorse 24-03-2017 12:01 AM

Ouch dawn.

I got back ok and manage to get meds without arousing too much suspicion.

Buttons. 24-03-2017 06:32 AM

Glad you didn't get into trouble Lillie.

Hope your toes are feeling better Dawn.

I'm just chillaxing watching the new Big Bang Theory episode I recorded last night.

chinahorse 24-03-2017 09:32 AM

Morning. That's such a good show Katy!

Omg the nurses here have put on a continental breakfast. It's amazing. Brightened my day.

Buttons. 24-03-2017 09:35 AM

I know I love it! Sheldon <3

Sounds good!!! Enjoy!

chinahorse 24-03-2017 09:49 AM

I had a croissant and strawberries it was yummy.

What're you up to today?

[Luna] 24-03-2017 09:57 AM

Morning guys <3

Cacoethes 24-03-2017 10:24 AM

Morning everyone :)

chinahorse 24-03-2017 12:24 PM

Hey. What's everyone up to today?

not_so_insig 24-03-2017 12:34 PM

I am collecting my new glasses today.

My toes are just as painful. my little toe has a bruise on it. I can walk ok short distances but I don't know how I will cope going outside.

Cacoethes 24-03-2017 12:57 PM

I've just been to zumba! Was a bit enthusiastic today so I ended up slamming into a table multiple times!
It was still fun though! And I talked to loads of people today!
Got home and mowed the lawn. Not sure what to do now! I do need to clean the house though!

What are you up to Lillie?

Serendipity. 24-03-2017 01:59 PM

I'm glad you had a good time at zumba Beckie and I hope you won't be too bruised :P I'm going to be a bit of a killjoy I'm afraid and throw it out there that sometimes vigorous exercise gives me *more* energy which I don't think is what you need right now, maybe it would be a good idea to look into finding a less high intensity class? I do stretch at my gym (I call it budget yoga :P), I have a class booked for tonight actually, and it is still fun and also quite relaxing. I do agreethat zumba is fun though!

Cacoethes 24-03-2017 02:42 PM

Haha!! Budget yoga!! XD

I don't have a class now until next Thursday so I'm sure the exercise energy will start to subside before then!
And then like 2 weeks off because of easter :'(
I need to find more stuff at the gym they probably do like yoga type stuff. I know they do pilates.
And I can do some yoga on the wii fit :)

Hope you have fun at your budget yoga this evening!

Serendipity. 24-03-2017 02:47 PM

Sounds like a plan! Pilates sounds fun - I've never tried it but heard good things!

Thanks! I'm sure budget yoga will be as excellent as usual! :P

What are you up to this afternoon?

Cacoethes 24-03-2017 02:54 PM

I'm not even entirely sure what pilates is tbh!!

Good good! :p

I'm not up to much. Need to clean really but cleaning is boring and Sunday is my usual cleaning day anyway.
I don't know what to do with myself!
I have done some adulting though and didn't ignore a letter (the massive, capitalised 'DO NOT IGNORE THIS LETTER' helped with that :p) and sorted out payments with a debt collector! It's like the 3rd different debt company in involved with now XD
But yea, it's all under control!!
I'm rambling :p

Wonderland. 24-03-2017 03:02 PM

Theres loads of youtube yoga videos if you want to change things up a bit, I'm totally sure there will be pilates ones aswell so you can see what it is like.

Well done on sorting some debt payments out :-) that must be a bit of a weight off of your mind!! Super proud of you for that! Remember your CC can help you with these types of things if you need some support with talking to these people. You don't have to deal with it on your own.

Hey Hannah *waves*

Sketchy 24-03-2017 03:53 PM

Good afternoon all! :)

I've just stopped off for a cup of tea after being at Asda. I forgot the main thing I wanted today buy, so now I have to go to the local shop. How annoying.

not_so_insig 24-03-2017 04:15 PM

I have been for my new glasses. I am wearing one pair right now and I don't like it because my eyesight feels weird.

Sketchy 24-03-2017 04:17 PM

Sorry your eyesight feels weird. Is that normal when you get new glasses?

Cacoethes 24-03-2017 04:21 PM

I'll have a look on YouTube. :)
Thanks amy! I think I've sorted it for now. There's not really much my cc can do. She always says she feels a bit redundant when she sees me because I can sort basically everything! :p

How are you amy?

That is annoying Lorraine! Hate it when that happens!

Try and wear them for a bit to see if you get used to them Dawn. If not then the opticians should be able to look into what feels weird.

not_so_insig 24-03-2017 04:23 PM

I am not sure Lorraine. It's slowly getting better so I am just hoping that it's just the fact that it's new.

Sketchy 24-03-2017 04:27 PM

What's everyone doing?

I'm now having irn bru instead of going to the shops. When I do get back from the shop I think I'll have a bubble bath. I have a nice bottle of radox.

Cacoethes 24-03-2017 04:42 PM

I'm watching jurassic world.
I spent a bit of time on the wii fit which was good!

I haven't had irn bru in years! Not since I was last in Scotland actually! I had an irn bru ice cream as well!

Bubble bath sounds amazing. I love the radox bubble bath stuff. Which one have you got?

Sketchy 24-03-2017 04:51 PM

It's the blue one I have. Can't remember what it's called.

I haven't had irn bru ice cream, which is shocking. What part of Scotland were you in?

Wii fit sounds fun.

Serendipity. 24-03-2017 04:55 PM

Oh my god, irn bru ice cream is the best! I miss Scotland, i never see it here!

My eyesight always feels weird when i get new glasses but i it does adjust!

Can anyone recommend a good beginners yoga video on YouTube?

Sketchy 24-03-2017 04:58 PM

Hi Hannah.

Sorry I don't know any yoga videos, but good luck with your search.

I really want to to try irn bru ice cream now.

Cacoethes 24-03-2017 05:01 PM

I can't remember exactly where we went in Scotland. I've been quite a few times and we went to a bay to look for dolphins, another time we visited the loch Ness and we went to the glenfiddich distillery once.

I'd be interested to hear about yoga videos too!

Irn bru ice cream is really nice!

not_so_insig 24-03-2017 05:04 PM

I am allergic to radox so I can't have it.

I never had irn bru ice cream.

Sketchy 24-03-2017 06:37 PM

I like glenfiddich whisky. I haven't been to the distillery though. I don't think I've been to Loch Ness which is a shame. I'm going to Kyle of lochalsh and the Isle of Skye later this year. It should be a nice change from busy Glasgow.

I've been to the shop and I've had my radox bath.

Cacoethes 24-03-2017 07:05 PM

That sounds cool :)
There are so many beautiful places in Scotland!

I'm back to watching greys anatomy.
Might go for a walk in a bit though cos I'm restless!

Sketchy 24-03-2017 07:10 PM

Yes I'm lucky because all these places are easy enough to get to from Glasgow.

I've never watched greys anatomy. I always liked ER though.

At least it's light enough for a walk. Although it will probably be getting darker in an hour, so be careful.

Cacoethes 24-03-2017 07:15 PM

I love most medical dramas!

I won't be out long. :)
I have to walk out in the dark quite often anyway though like from slimming world and clubbercise. It's a pretty safe area. Although there was a serious assault like 2 years ago which set me on edge a bit!

Sketchy 24-03-2017 07:18 PM

It's scary that things like that happen.

I hope you have a nice walk.

Cacoethes 24-03-2017 08:16 PM

Had a quick jaunt down the footpath!
Home, showered and watching comic relief!

Sketchy 24-03-2017 08:36 PM

I hope you enjoyed your walk.

I'm deciding what to watch. As per usual. I'm so indecisive.

Cacoethes 24-03-2017 08:37 PM

I did thanks :)

Hope you find something good to watch!

I'm rather cold! I gave in and put the heating on!
Still got £5 on the meter so should be ok!!

Sketchy 24-03-2017 08:41 PM

It is rather cold. I'm holding off putting the heating on though since I got my gas bill. Urgh. Smelly bills! It sucks being an adult.

I'm curled up in bed anyway.

not_so_insig 24-03-2017 08:58 PM

I had a letter from sse the other day saying that my electric bill is going up.

Cacoethes 24-03-2017 09:02 PM

Yep bills suck!!
I prefer being on the pay as you go meters. No nasty surprises in bills then!

Sketchy 24-03-2017 09:06 PM

Sorry your bill is going up Dawn.

I prefer bills because when I had the meters I found it frustrating having to constantly top it up and run out to the shop.

Cacoethes 24-03-2017 09:35 PM

I did get into problems when I first moved here because I wasn't used to it.
But now I'm used to it I can make sure I never run out.
I recently got a 'warm home discount' so they sent me a voucher for £140 for my electric! So don't have to worry about that for quite a while!!

Is anyone else watching comic relief? It's very funny!
