Today is firm, work group, individual, lunch, group and teas then dinner then bed. I did want to go into town but I have no time.

I've got to go to the GP surgery, have a blood test, I have managing emotions group this afternoon and slimming world tonight.

It's a relatively quiet day lol.

Yeah, I get on well with the plan and the group are really friendly and supportive.

In Wales you can use your bus pass any time. I have used it before 9.30 am. What annoys me is that you can't use it for English buses. I mean you don't suddenly become not disabled because you're in a different country.

I find it really annoying that I can't use my freedom pass before 9.30am. Why is there a time restriction on it. I can only use my pass in London.
Can be frustrating because, like you said, your needs don't change just because you're in a different location.

However freedom passes are like gold dust nowadays so I'm incredibly grateful to have one!

I'm insanely jealous of people with bus passes.

Do they not do any sort of passes you'd qualify for where you live Lillie?

I don't qualify for them and then in the week I'm in richmond so it'd be useless.

Didn't have to go to appointment because it was cancelled. I'm very very grateful they text me at some point before I got up because I would have been LIVID if I got all the way there to find out it was cancelled!

Only a dvd of Heartbeat Series 1 and a dvd of The Railway Children (the 1960s version - I already have the two later versions).

The heartbeat dvd has a Keeping Up Appearances cast member in it hence why I wanted it. I had an amazon voucher so it cost me less than £2 for the 2 dvds and a book.

Shirley Stelfox who played the first Rose and later Edna in Emmerdale. Malcolm Hebden ( Norris Cole in Coronation Street ) is in this series too.

I have had a phone call to say that my new glasses are ready.

I haven't watched Emmerdale or Coronation street since my nan died 10 years ago. She loved all the soaps, apart from Hollyoaks which is the only one I watch now.

It's cold and rainy here as well-not impressed.

Oh I loved the Railway children film but haven't seen in ages, must try and find out which version I liked and purchase it. I finally got a copy of the Anne of Greengables film that I love the other day-brought back happy memories watching it.

I think I remember watching the railway children on video many years ago.
I wasn't too impressed with it tbh!

I love The Railway Children however I tried reading the book and got bored!

My amazon parcel has arrived. less than two minutes later I had another knock on the door and the parcel man was there. Sadly there's nothing interesting but lightbulbs in my non amazon parcel. Seems the world and his wife want to disturb me today.
