I don't use oil in my cooking, I use a low calorie spray. They come in loads of different flavours like olive oil or butter etc. But tbh I can't tell the difference

I have some of that spray I think, it's not very good for frying things though if you have to use a high heat.

I've never had an issue with the spray stuff at any heat.
