I managed to get some plain flour. Went to the shop in the next village via the park. Forgot it was family fun day in the park so it was noisy and crowded.

I should do some tidying but I am waiting for a parcel. It's due within the next hour and 15 minutes so darent get in the middle of something. Need to change my bedding.

It is chilly today!

My parcel came! I have stripped my bedding off the bed and put it in the washing machine. Now to put the clean stuff on which is the hardest part wish me luck!

It's not as cold here as it was yesterday.

Random question for you all:

When making apple crumble do you pre-cook your apples first or not?

Basically I'm feel lazy (not unusual, I know) and don't want to create extra mess in the kitchen by pre-cooking them but I don't want it to turn out crunchy!

I've not made it for ages but I did pre cook my apple when I did.

I'm craving brownie mix

Idk whether you should pre cook the apples as I have never made it from scratch.

I have made my bed now and am dressed. Need to wash my hair today though.

I picked some apples from the tree behind my garden so want to make a nice treat for myself. Apple, sultana and cinnamon crumble... with custard. Yum.

Might take the risk and not pre-cook... I think either myself or maybe my mum has done it that way before.
