My CPN said I should go to a yoga class but I don't want to, so I'm continuing doing it at home with my sister.

There are lots of free yoga classes to follow on YouTube, if you fancy giving a class a go but without actually going to one! I find it easier when someone is guiding the practice.

Hello all. I am watching the horsey action on the red button until 4 pm. I realised last night I have run out of plain flour so I cant do any baking as the recipes I had planned to do requires plain flour :-(

I got a new book today called 'My sister: The serial Killer' which was listed for the Booker prize so I'm excited to read that!

It's for a filling that has come out 3 times already! It came out the day after it was filled in May. My teeth are betraying me!

It was two different dentists at the same practice, maybe they have rubbish filling material. Although I think the first dentist said that tooth might have to come out so will prepare myself. :(

Oh dear, having teeth out isn't nice but it's better once they're gone and not causing issues any more.

My day's going alright...... Work was quiet this morning, got to go back later and then walk my neighbour's dog. I'm so tired though. =(

I've had one tooth out before. It just makes me sad that I'm not looking after my teeth well enough.

Yeah, I'm just sitting watching tv... It doesn't feel very restful though. Next Saturday is my next day off... =( Walking the dog every night until then as well, which I like... but it means I don't get home until really late.

I'm sure it's not your fault. Sometimes teeth just don't want to be healthy.
