I'm still pretty cold. I've had this massive headache since whacking my head really hard yesterday!
Taken my meds so early night tonight and hopefully the headache will be gone tomorrow!

I hope the headache goes soon. They suck. I've got one too though mines stress.

I have my thick duvet two blankets and a furry hoodie on and I'm freezing still. Oh and my heater is doing its sort best.

I'm poo. Truing to get the courage to call my hospital.

How're you? We have snow! Well snow in the air but still.

I am feeling tired because some drunken idiot decided to ring my doorbell. At 3 am! I was really scared because they clearly had the wrong address as all the other neighbours are older than me and therefore wouldn't be returning from clubs. Also it was a group of young men and nobody of that description lives in my block. I was so scared that I was crying and had to take a diazapam to calm me down. Eventually I got to sleep.

How is everyone? I'm having a hide away day and trying not to feel guilty about it. Tomorrow I'll get back on track with my to do list, but today I need to hide.
I'm going to curl up in bed and watch comedy box sets.

I am ok now thanks Lorraine. I kept on hearing people outside my flat which wasn't helping. I was considering phoning the police because of how I was feeling. I had it happen once before and it set off my paranoia.

If people come to you door and make you feel unsafe and don't leave, then I think it's perfectly reasonable to phone the police. Glad you're ok now.
