I saw my old psychiatrist today and he looked through me like I was nothing, he did recognise me, I could tell, maybe I did let him down when I never turned up to the last appointment I had. Maybe I did stop going before I needed to stop. Maybe I am just never capable of just talking the truth. Just maybe........
