I'm ok thanks. Just shattered, done about a week's worth of work in 3 hours this afternoon, after having about 2 hours sleep last night, but it'll be fine, I guess.

I just panic when I get there, ever since I've been going about depression etc...and now they need to patch up my hand...I hate the panic attacks :(

Back from A&E. Stitches in both wrists on top of Saturdays lot. Great. My CPN has been trying to call me. I am ignoring her. Going to go to bed soon and hopefully wake up either a different person or with a new perspective on life, at least I'm seeing Hells tomorrow.
