I'm Gunna struggle this week as I've a friend over and we drank wine and stayed up till gone midnight. Today we might go sit by th sea front or go to a big food festival in the city centre. I also need to squeeze in food sopping and washing work clothes.

Sea front sounds lovely, and food festival win :) Oh my days I remember the washing thing when I was a student nurse-who ever thought white uniforms for nursing was definitely not on ball with real life :P

it was actually pretty full on cos we were training the new volunteers and running sessions with them but there was plenty of chill/reading time and a bunch of us went for a swim in the river too.
