I couldn't wait that long for a package.

I bought things from The Book People when they were closing down but the things never arrived and there's no way to contact them any more to try and get a refund. I'm mega annoyed.

I might have scared the book people away though because they didn't reply to my last message which I sent when I was unwell:

Tbf the package that took 4 months to arrive was an ebay one and I thought it was lost in the post. I had another one take 3 months again that was from within the UK.

I had rice and yogurt for lunch.

The boiler guys said they'll be a few more hours at least so I went to asda!

Yeah, I don't clap either and only have one neighbour so I'd likely be clapping on my own... but I do like listening to the clapping in village across the pond.
