I'm doing some sort of packet mix bbq sausage thing in the oven. Will have it with mash.

Is that like those Maggi bag things that they have for chicken?

Yup, kinda like the Maggi mixes but it was a Schwartz one - chop up peppers and onion, add sausages and packet mix sauce and shove in the oven for 30 mins. Nice and quick and simple.

Never tried it before but it was actually really tasty!

I was very pleasantly surprised, the last one I tried was quite average. Got leftovers for tomorrow too. =)

And kinda proud of myself for cooking with real vegetables too. Can't remember when that last happened.
