Boo for being cold. My living room is surprisingly warm this morning - according to my radiators it's a whole 16 degrees! It's supposed to get to 22 here today so I may well be opening windows later.

It's 20.4 degrees in my living room atm. I just have no ability to regulate my body temperature.

It is meant to be warm today yeah.

*sends tea and blankets*

Htt have been and are coming back to take me out for coffee. They said it might help with the anxiety and stuff.

There's 'pampering' which is basically just nail painting and I don't like having my nails painted!
No OT or anything because it's good Friday.

I've never got my nails done but when I was on the ward the nail lady let me sit quietly with them, occupied me for a bit.

Just got in. Been out for an hour. Driving about and got a mcflurry. It has helped bring the anxiety down and it was nice to just get out in company.

I have had a antihistamine yes. My head was hurting yesterday but it's better today.
