What sort of stuff do you do in gym group?

We do a mixture of our own things (I have a plan made by the instructors) and sometimes we get together to do circuits where we do short exercises like steps ups and weight things for about 30 seconds and then move to the next exercise. Then we sit in the cafe for a while and have a chat, mostly about food. It's good.

Afternoon all. I have not long woke up. Collected my recycling box from my doorstep and put the kerbside food recycling bin back where it belongs.
