I have been out to Tesco for some essentials which couldn't wait. I had a panic attack on the bus :-( Feel kinda stupid now and still feel tense.

On the other hand the neighbour who lives above me now has a cat. It's a tabby Male. I think it's called Tigger

Thanks Eska and Beckie. Idk why I had one I was sitting down on the bus and Tesco was reasonably quiet except for some person having a meltdown. Town was quiet too. I have coped with far worse situations before and not had a panic attack.

I watched a couple of cool police things on Quest Red yesterday, one about police dogs and one about police body cameras in America which was quite mad since they have guns etc.
