I'm celebrating new years eve with as many hot chocolates as possible and debating whether to get a takeaway or stick with good old fashioned cheese on toast. Hmm. I'm also going to watch the film The Pride of Jean Brody for first time as my mum loves it and there's a young Maggie Smith in it, anyone seen it? What's everyone else doing?

I think I have heard of that film but have no idea what it's about!

Mum said we are having lasagne for dinner but I hope that's her teasing. She said I could take the top layer off.

Did you use tablets Lillie? A trick I use is to break them up and hide them inside a ball of tuna. If it's a spot on thing then I have no advice for that as I am rubbish at it.

Lindsay I bought syrup stuff and syringed it in possibly a bit forcefully but he did swallow most of it? Ah well. Have another 2 days of the fun. He also didn't trust the treat I them tried to give him lol.

Those creamy sticks are one of the few treats he will eat so I don't want him to associate them with nastyness.

Ah, I thought maybe a small bit of syrup and lots of treat but best not spoil them for him. I think there are videos of how to get cats to take syrup and tablets etc, maybe you can find a useful one.

Maybe I'll have a look. It's only a half ml of syrup stuff so I'll just continue to shove it down his throat poor cat.

I go for the tablet and brute force approach for worming! I mostly win.
