I have relatives coming today. Am not in the mood.

How long will they be around for Dawn? I hope it goes ok and you can have some time to yourself too.

I am not sure Lindsay. I have to be social when all I wanna do is hide. I am exhausted from peopling already.

I know that feeling well. Do your relatives understand that peopling is exhausting? Maybe they would let you have little bits of time to yourself or you could tell them some ways that might make things a bit easier for you. This season will be over soon.

No they don't. They don't even know about my mh problems. The only person other than my immediate family who knows that I have mh problems is my cousin and I only told him because he is a student paramedic who also works as an ambulance technician. So because of the fact that he's seen a lot of mh problems in his job I told him. I have anxiety and he has too (so much so he has seen a psychologist in the past).
