Two appointments today...one about my meds, the other a follow up after my last disasterous counseling session (where I learned a very valuable lesson...never talk about suicidal ideation with your counselor)...
SO anxious now I feel awful...anxious, depressed, tired, ugh.

Thanks nikki, appreciate it...everything should be ok, I'm not exactly suicidal now so my counselor should leave me alone...just don't want to go...

Went to my appointments today...weren't as bad as I thought they would be, at least when all is said and done.
