I slept until 8:30am myself, was awake for a bit took some paracetamol and then went back to sleep until around 10am.

My lungs appear to be behaving so far this morning, time will tell.

Good afternoon all. Yay for sleep! Sadly I was up half the night with diarrhoea.

Lungs still behaving, mentally not good.

Just about to call GP surgery as a few things I need to help keep on top of my asthma.

Waiting around for someone to call me back from the duty team at some point. I asked to speak to nurse practioner as she knows me, but snuck a look at the system and they have put me down for a GP I have never spoken to to call me back.

Fingers crossed for a decent gp

That's a shame, Tamo. You seem to have had a lot of issues with your stomach recently.

At least it's not GP who is super risk adverse and last time I spoke to them was like your on all meds we can give you, if you feel it's getting worse just go to A&E.

Whereas my named GP and the nurse practioner cant do much meds wise but they help me monitor my asthma when it's bad and share the judgement call on whether I need to go to hospital. Plus help reassure me as well as helping me deal with side effects and not just defaulting to steroids.

I am full on in waiting mode but trying to distract by watching MasterChef the Professionals

Just waiting in a queue to find out about one of my cardio appointments and then i will nap!

Well as it happened it was the nurse practioner who knows me that called after all the system lied! So managed to open up that although asthma was more under control I was really struggling mentally as I trust her.

Have an appointment with the practises new asthma nurse this afternoon at 5pm and duty GP will phone about my mental health. So still fingers crossed for a good duty GP but asthma part is getting sorted.

En route to asthma nurse appointment what is the betting GP calls while I am already there speaking to their colleague...

Osc, it's my meds screwing with my insides, to be expected after an increase.

Appointments done. Asthma is doing ok and as expected there isn't much go surgery asthma nurse can do meds wise but good to have met her. Keep doing what I am doing etc.

Mentla Health Phonecall with duty doctor went ok. She sent me a text with a load of resources including her Instagram handle which was a little weird to me. But she did say she was really into lifestyle medicine...

I am not great. Last night fell out of bed having a non Epileptic seizure and hit my head. Been checked out and nothing serious but still have a bad headache and am dizzy. Lungs are behaving though. Mentally not sure.

Doing my best to look after myself. Have a touch of the zoomies from the steroids so ended up doing a bit too much but channelled most of it into some admin so at least I was sat down. Getting dizzy whenever I stand up/ if I move too fast. Going to take some more painkillers in a little bit and try and rest.

Just took my prescription pain meds as paracetamol wasn't helping with headache despite having taken it an hour ago. Think I definitely overdid it earlier.
