I feel knackered and I have a sleep deprivation headache. Namely because one of the neighbour's decided to play music at 4 am! Been as I got to sleep at 3 am it meant that I only had an hour's sleep as I got woken up. Eventually got to sleep dunno what time though.

Then the postman hasn't long woke me up with a special delivery parcel. Still it's better than going to the sorting office as unlike recorded delivery only the recipient can sign for it not an neighbour. But the good news is that my postcard to Taiwan has arrived and I have recieved one from Austria. First postcard from Austria too.

I love getting post.

Afternoon all! I had to get up at 9.30am for an appointment with my CPN.

Getting up early is a pain

I have to get up at 8am for my carers
And tomorrow my bus is at 7:45am for cardiology appointment. Ugh.

Eurgh not what you want on a Saturday

At least I can treat myself to a coffee after my appointment

It's a pain to get to though, even though I only live in the next county over

We're driving which is easier than public transport, but the traffic might be awful.
