nonperson 16-03-2018 11:15 PM

Just watching Agents of Shield and cuddling the cat.

Planning on sleeping soon?

Aubergine 16-03-2018 11:20 PM

Sounds good!

I'm not sure. I'm tired, but not particularly sleepy. Don't know if that makes sense?

I'm glancing at my module website in preparation for tomorrow.

nonperson 16-03-2018 11:22 PM

That does make sense.

Maybe put some sleepy music on and see if that helps?

Is it a full on day tomorrow?

Aubergine 16-03-2018 11:24 PM

:)

I've got a sleepy playlist on. It's relaxing.

It's only 11am - 3:30pm, but it's in the city, so will take me time to get there. It's a direct train, but trains suck and then I've got to find the venue somehow. Will probably get a taxi.

nonperson 16-03-2018 11:30 PM

You've been doing well on trains lately!

Not the same place you went to before then?

Aubergine 16-03-2018 11:31 PM

Thanks! :)

Nope, different city! Different country, actually. :P

nonperson 16-03-2018 11:35 PM

Different country?!

*ponders*

Aubergine 16-03-2018 11:38 PM

nonperson 16-03-2018 11:41 PM

=P

Are you going to need your sunnies there? Going to another country always sounds like it should be a sunny warm place.

Aubergine 16-03-2018 11:44 PM

Wales was neither sunny nor warm when I went to my last day school. :P There's snow forcast for where I'm going tomorrow, so shouldn't need my sunglasses, but who knows? Maybe I'll be at risk of snow blindness! :P

Do you have plans for the weekend?

nonperson 16-03-2018 11:47 PM

I don't remember it being sunny when I was there last either!

Pondering going home to visit parents for the day on Sunday but no other plans. Might visit a garden centre or two tomorrow. >.>

Aubergine 16-03-2018 11:49 PM

I love garden centres! Seeing your parents might be nice. Do they live far from you?

Considering having some crackers and cheese. Hungry.

nonperson 16-03-2018 11:53 PM

Me too (obviously). I like just wandering around garden centres, it feels comfortable. =) And I have some vouchers to spend and need a few odds and ends.

They're about an hour and a half away by car. It's my mum's birthday on Monday too so we might go out for a meal or get a nice takeaway. =)

Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, cheese.

zombiehunter 16-03-2018 11:55 PM

I just made mytself a feasters double cheese burger :-D

nonperson 16-03-2018 11:57 PM

I might just have to eat a lump of cheese with butter on it cos that's all I've got to snack on...!

Aubergine 16-03-2018 11:58 PM

Oh, spending your vouchers sounds like fun! What do you need to get?

Meal or nice takeaway sounds really nice. An hour and a half isn't too bad. I hope you make it. :)

What's a feasters, Zombie?

I got cheese and crackers... :D

nonperson 17-03-2018 12:04 AM

I need a couple of decorative plant pots for some new acquisitions that I rescued from work, some bird seed, mycorrhiza for my tree aaand I'm on the hunt for a special pot for a lotus at work. Also want to get a wooden trough and trellis which is what my vouchers will go towards. =D

What kinda cheese?

Aubergine 17-03-2018 12:06 AM

Oh they all sound like great things to buy! Do you have a big garden? Were the vouchers for your birthday?

Just mature cheddar. :)

nonperson 17-03-2018 12:09 AM

It is quite big, yes. And yep the vouchers were a birthday present. =)

I love cheese so much. Really want mozzerella and big buffalo tomato slices now! Ever seen that Five Counties cheese? I've been wondering how well that would melt on toast.

Aubergine 17-03-2018 12:14 AM

Cool! I would like a garden, but I would need a gardener because I don't like gardening. :P

Cheese is so good! Mmm that sounds delicious. I've not seen the five counties stuff, no. Sounds interesting. Oh yum. Cheese on toast!

nonperson 17-03-2018 12:19 AM

I like having a garden but it's still a chore to look after it!

It's five different cheeses all in one block so it's stripey. Usually on the deli counter. =)

Aubergine 17-03-2018 12:21 AM

Yeah, I can imagine it is!

Ooo nice! Maybe I'll look out for it on the asda website next time I get a delivery. :D

I live near Cheddar, where the cheese comes from. :D

nonperson 17-03-2018 12:22 AM

Ooooh cheese must be in your blood. I've been to Cheddar Gorge a couple of times.

Aubergine 17-03-2018 12:24 AM

Did you go into the caves? Or on the open top bus? Or up Jacob's Ladder? Or do the world's best crazy golf? Or go in the shop where you can watch sweets being made? Or go in the shop that sells tons of different cheddars and chutneys?

nonperson 17-03-2018 12:27 AM

No to most of those questions! (because the person I went with was a tight arse and didn't want to spend money on doing things... ) I went in a sweet shop that did AMAZING fudge and YES, I bought lots of cheese. Also a little teeny tiny bottle of cider. Would have liked to have gone in the caves.

not_so_insig 17-03-2018 12:31 AM

I went to cheddar gorge a few years ago. Went inside a shop that sells Charlie Bears and the shop that sells lots of different cheese and chutneys. That's about it.

Aubergine 17-03-2018 12:31 AM

Oh dear! You have to come back and go in the caves. :D Fudge is so nice! Have you ever had crumbly fudge from Roly's Fudge Pantry? It is the BEST, especially the cherry bakewell flavour. <3 Mmm. Cheese. My step-dad likes the cheddar and port cheese. Cider is also good. Get scrumpy around here - the really rough stuff with bits in. :D

Aubergine 17-03-2018 12:32 AM

Oh I know the Charlie bear shop! Do you have any charlie bears?

nonperson 17-03-2018 12:36 AM

Mmmm, cider with bits!

Don't think I've had fudge from that place but I have had cherry bakewell fudge from a shop here which is my faaaaavourite. Or the lemon meringue one. =D

Aubergine 17-03-2018 12:37 AM

Oh yes, lemon meringue fudge is also very good! Perhaps Roly's is just a west country thing...

not_so_insig 17-03-2018 12:37 AM

Yes I have lots of Charlie bears. Have all the ones named after my cats both past and present. I bought a few for my friend who got me into collecting them. Bought my friend Charlie bear Christmas baubles and the Charlie bear book for Christmas last year.

Aubergine 17-03-2018 12:38 AM

Oh how lovely, Dawn. Nice that you've got the bears named after your cats, and lovely of you to buy some for your friend. :)

not_so_insig 17-03-2018 12:44 AM

My friend wants the ones named after her grandchildren but the trouble is that she has 15 grandchildren and I dont know all their names! The ones I know she has either got or they are expensive.

Aubergine 17-03-2018 12:46 AM

15 grandchildren?! Wow! I'm sure she could save up and buy some herself if she really wanted the really expensive once, though I understand that it's nice to receive a gift. :) Do you have any plans for the weekend?

BuzyBeeMe 17-03-2018 12:48 AM

Hi, i'm new, and i do not know what i'm doing.

Aubergine 17-03-2018 12:49 AM

Hey BuzyBee. :) Nice to have you here! You don't eat chocolate?!

not_so_insig 17-03-2018 12:51 AM

She doesn't use ebay because she's scared that she will get scammed and they are only available from eBay. Whereas I have been using eBay for the past 18 years so I know what I know what to look for. Besides she doesn't have much spare money these days so they're out of her budget.

Aubergine 17-03-2018 12:53 AM

Oh I see! I can't remember how long I've been using eBay for. I used to use it loads, but now tend to get most stuff off of Amazon. With Prime Student, most things come the next day. :D

nonperson 17-03-2018 12:54 AM

Ebay is still useful for some things. Like Lego Star Wars minifigures, just as a random example that I may or may not be currently looking at. >.>

Aubergine 17-03-2018 12:57 AM

Hehe! Is it star wars you're into or Lego? Or both?

BuzyBeeMe 17-03-2018 12:57 AM

Hi Aubergine, i have no idea what i'm doing and very confused about how this things works
No I do not eat chocolate,:plain:

Both, Aubergine. =B I need a replacement for a character keyring that I've had for yeeeears and I've now had to superglue both his legs back on.... and he's so faded that it's hard to tell who he is any more.

Hi BuzyBee!

Aubergine 17-03-2018 01:03 AM

Aww poor character keyring. Who is he? Will you keep him once you have a replacement?

nonperson 17-03-2018 01:07 AM

Admiral Ackbar. =D

I will keep him. He's on my work keys at the moment so doesn't matter if he looks grubby.

I think I'll buy a fridge magnet to replace him with. It comes with C3PO and Princess Leia too. =(

BuzyBeeMe 17-03-2018 01:08 AM

okey, food, i LOVE FOOD. ummmmmm right now i would like to have some hash brown and some strawberry sponge cake with fluffy whipped cream and like macca's and curry and AWWWWW i'm in heaven imaging this.... What kind of songs do u guys like?

Aubergine 17-03-2018 01:09 AM

I had to Google who he is...

Oh that's cool. It would be sad to say goodbye!

Oh fridge magnet sounds good. Oh, princess Leia. :(

BuzyBeeMe 17-03-2018 01:10 AM

Hi nonperson i'm sorry about your key ring, it takes me like an hour to write and you guys already have changed the subject :) hahha

Aubergine 17-03-2018 01:10 AM

Mmm. Those sound like great foods, Buzy! I like all kinds of songs. I'm currently listening to Tom Walker on Spotify. :) How about you?

nonperson 17-03-2018 01:10 AM

Yes, Princess Leia. ='( I will buy it in tribute!

Oooh I do love hash browns.

Songs? At the moment I'm mostly listening to Nothing But Thieves. =)
