No I don't have any plans for today other than watching tv.

That sounds okay. It's good to have a chilled out day now and again.

I have at least one chilled day a week otherwise I find that I fall ill due to extreme stress. Also I sometimes have parcels and I schedule it for a day where I can wait for a courier.

My friends at college got me a card and a present which was an apple pie as they remembered I said I love apple pie a few weeks ago which was very sweet of them!

I have been climbing quite a lot recently. It is fun, it's sociable and it keeps me active. It's just the combination of that and work that gets tiring.
