I'm pretty good thanks! Apart from being slightly ill. My housemates have both had nasty cold-type things and I think my body is fighting one off. Other than that I have been busy with work and climbing mostly.

I’ve had a good afternoon. I had lunch at my sister’s then we took our notebooks to the local coffee shop and had coffees while we did some writing. I’m back in my own flat now and have just changed my bed linen and put the washing machine on.

From what's been happening over the last year, he or she will probably be moving out within 3 months, don't know why people don't stay here, there's 13 rooms in the house & hardly ever anyone around. I really like it here, plan to stay here for years unless I get made redundant, have to go somewhere else.

Sorry you had a bad sleep, I tend to avoid sleeping during the day, keep sleep 10pm-5 or 6am.

It can depend on your bed too I suppose, if you can sleep well.
