Will you have a relaxing night after the cinema do you think?

Cinema was last night, so I’ll definitely have a chilled night tonight. I’ll do some sewing while my sister knits.

You up to much this evening?

Not really, probably after dinner get an early night, watch a couple of short stories on YouTube maybe.

I watch quite a few Japanese short films, because I like hearing the language.

Sounds good. I’ll probably get an early night too. My sister has just poured me a gin and tonic.

sounds nice, I've only drunk gin about 3 times in my life, didn't like the taste, or any spirits, I just drink cider, when I've been to Spain I drank some white wine or lager, but only a bit, they don't serve cider in Spain, & I only really like cider.

Actually, come to think of it, a friend & I went to Spain 15 months ago, & there was a mini-bar in the hotel room, with small bottles of spirits & cans of lager, we got a bit drunk, a huge TV, very stylish hotel, with a conference room & people in smart suits, & us 2 English scruff boxes turned up.:-p A good few days.

I do quite like gin. My sister isn’t drinking though. She’s doing dry October to raise money for charity.

I’m not keen on cider, although I like the mixed fruit ones.

That sounds a good few days. Merry too.

It was, the hotels are a lot cheaper over there, even the stylish ones, we had a great time, took the ferry, 20 hours to Spain, it was great, bars, restaurants, entertainment, it was during Euro 2016, he said he'd like to do it again, good friend of mine, but he died, went to his funeral 6 months ago.

I went back to Spain on the Ferry, stayed in the same hotel, went to the same bar that he liked, just after the funeral, imagined him with me there in spirit.

I’m so sorry about your friend. It must be so upsetting, but it’s nice you went back. You’ll have good memories of your visit with him.

I'm so glad I got to go to Spain with him, it was a nice time, I'll always remember it.

It sounds like you both had a good time.

I doubt whether I'll ever go back to Spain again, been there so many times, probably France next time, learn some French.

I’ve been to the north of France. It was lovely. I know enough of the language to get by. I did French as one of my highers (Scottish equivalent to a level). I’ve forgotten a lot of it because it was so long ago.

On a trip with school? I did that when I was 14, to Normandy.

No I was 19 when I went. I’m 35 now.

I still maintain this 35 is a lie Lorraine-judging on pics you can only be 21/

Morning all.

I have received my psych appointment through the post. The bad news is that it's dead early. I can't get up early even with a alarum clock so I will have to ask for an later appointment. All my psych appointments have always been in the afternoon so I am confused why it's in the morning.

Yes. The good news is that according to the letter it's with my regular psych. He has been on a sabbatical so I didn't want to see a locum. Originally I was supposed to have an appointment this month which is highly strange because I last saw my psych in December. So it's in November which is not quite a year and also i only know the Italian for one year! I speak Italian to my psych.

That sounds like my social worker dawn. I keep telling her I don't want times near when the kids leave school but the appointments are always around 3 so I always have panic attacks. She knows I can't use the phone so I think that's why she does it, she knows I can't change it. Very cruel.
