I don't usually put my heating on until October. I am sitting under a duvet and have my electric fire on.

I'm looking forward to wearing my boots, wrapping up and walking through leaves. I love autumn.

I love autumn too! I need to get a jacket though. My winter coat is far too bulky but I get chilly outside.

I don't mind the cold too much, it's just harder to get out of bed in the morning mostly I find, even outside I don't mind it too much.

What I don't like is driving wind and rain, you open you're umbrella & it turns inside out.

I have a coat that's not too bulky and I can always wear layers. I don't like being too warm though. I'm looking forward to taking photos of the leaves and drawing then.

Yeah that's the worst! That's how nearly all my umbrellas break.

Umbrellas are so frustrating!

They are indeed. They are so flimsy and I always nearly have my eye poked out by someone else's umbrella.

I got caught in torrential rain earlier.
I had my umbrella and still managed to get soaked!

Hi Eska. How has your day been?

It's been ok! I went into town and managed some food shopping, and also bought a little diary for tracking my mood. Then I worked on a mood scale to go with it so I can work out what number I'm at on any given day. Hopefully it will be helpful.

That sounds like a productive day. I hope the mood diary helps.

Thanks :) I also made a flowchart the other day of what to do if I'm getting to crisis point, so hopefully that will help too. It's all because I'm trying to get ready to move back in with my friends so I need to have all the strategies I can in place.

That sounds really positive and a good way of managing things. It's always good to have a plan of action. Hopefully the move will go smoothly, but you know you have us lot here for support if you need it.

Sounds like productive day eska!

I'm back. Woman on the phone gave my mum the wrong ****ing date. College starts next week instead. So I've rolled home and broken the two weeks or however long I've been out of hospital's sobriety. And I really, really don't care. Dad was awful.

So I have cuddled up with my dog and am watching Dara O'Brien's stand up and might try and find my set of Miranda DVDs or something else light hearted when can next be arsed to move.
