Cacoethes 02-08-2017 01:28 PM

Thanks dawn.

How are you?

Eska 02-08-2017 01:36 PM

I've been asleep as well. Now my mother wants me to help move all the furniture in my room away from the walls so she can put down moth powder.

Cacoethes 02-08-2017 01:45 PM

Im assuming that's to keep away months?
*is stupid*

Eska 02-08-2017 01:51 PM

Yep! Apparently they've been eating the carpets.

Cacoethes 02-08-2017 01:52 PM

How annoying!

Shy_Bambi 02-08-2017 01:54 PM

We had a moth problem, but my mum bought these plugs that give out a super high pitched noise that gets rid of them. It works on flies in general too, ever since I've had it I haven't had a problem!

Cacoethes 02-08-2017 01:57 PM

Im quite lucky. I don't have any pest issues! So far anyway!

Sketchy 02-08-2017 02:49 PM

Good afternoon all.

How is everyone?

I've just been out for coffee and lunch with my sister and then we went to Morrisons. I'm now home, sitting on my bed with my notebook. I also did a bit of painting this morning.

Cacoethes 02-08-2017 02:54 PM

Sounds like a good day Lorraine!

Ive just got back from asda just as the rain started which was lucky!

Shy_Bambi 02-08-2017 02:55 PM

I'm drinking coffee in my room getting ready to go out. It's properly raining out there!

It's good you got some painting done Lorraine!

Cacoethes 02-08-2017 02:59 PM

Where are you off to Rebecca?

Sketchy 02-08-2017 03:10 PM

It's raining here too, but that's not really a surprise here.

Sketchy 02-08-2017 03:20 PM

I'm really tired now. Morrisons takes it out of me.

What's everyone up to? I've stopped writing now. Having a rest.

Cacoethes 02-08-2017 03:22 PM

Supermarkets can be very tiring!

Im watching Harry potter. Got a bit of a headache which sucks :(

Sketchy 02-08-2017 03:24 PM

Oh no. That's a shame. Hope it clears up soon.

Cacoethes 02-08-2017 03:26 PM

Thanks. Ive taken some neurofen so hoping that will get rid of it!

Sketchy 02-08-2017 03:29 PM

Hopefully. Remember to drink plenty of fluids. That's my cure for everything.

Cacoethes 02-08-2017 03:31 PM

Fluids definitely do help!
Might have an alpen bar too. I sometimes get headaches if my body needs more food!

Sketchy 02-08-2017 03:33 PM

That's a good idea.

Cacoethes 02-08-2017 03:38 PM

Im suddenly quite tired!
I hope I'm not coming down with something!!

Sketchy 02-08-2017 03:41 PM

Try take it easy. Would a nap help?

Cacoethes 02-08-2017 03:44 PM

Im not really nap level tired if that makes sense.
Just a bit drained I suppose!

Sketchy 02-08-2017 03:47 PM

Curl up on the sofa, relax and watch Harry Potter. Maybe have a cup of tea. That always makes me feel better.

Cacoethes 02-08-2017 03:56 PM

Good plan :)
Thanks Lorraine!

Sketchy 02-08-2017 04:03 PM

I've got sparkling lemon and lime water. I think I'll pour some. Yum.

Cacoethes 02-08-2017 04:04 PM

Ooo that sounds nice!

Sketchy 02-08-2017 04:06 PM

It's nice and refreshing. Not like me to not be drinking irn bru though.

Asda xD

Cacoethes 02-08-2017 04:14 PM

Its nice to have a change lorraine!

Yay for asda!!! XD

Sketchy 02-08-2017 04:21 PM

I prefer Asda, but Morrisons is near where I buy my hair dye from so I went there today. I badly need to dye my roots. I have pink hair with big brown roots showing.

Did you get anything nice from Asda? I always like to look at their clothes.

Cacoethes 02-08-2017 04:23 PM

I need to sort my hair out too.
I have blonde roots!
My GP was saying how its such a pretty colour and I should go back to my natural blonde!
I wish i could but the red just won't budge!

Sketchy 02-08-2017 04:25 PM

Maybe ask the hairdressers for advice. Red hair is nice though, but it's always nice to have the option to change it. I'm getting my hair cut next week too. It's badly needing it. I just want to sort out the colour first, which means bleaching my roots and dying it deep pink again.

Cacoethes 02-08-2017 04:29 PM

I really need a hair cut too.
Hairdressers are so expensive though!

Sketchy 02-08-2017 04:31 PM

That's true. I rarely go so I can't complain. The hairdressers near my flat are so nice and they don't have a go at me for dying my hair, which I've had from others. I get anxious going, but they are so nice and friendly.

Eska 02-08-2017 04:33 PM

I need my fringe trimmed soon. I'll do that myself though.

Sketchy 02-08-2017 04:34 PM

I trim my own fringe too Eska.

How are you Eska?

Cacoethes 02-08-2017 04:37 PM

I can't believe other hair dressers would have a go at you for dying your hair! Thats so rude!

The best hair dresser I had was in the town i used to live in which is two trains away so thats annoying!
The one near me is nice but not the same!

Sketchy 02-08-2017 04:41 PM

I've had a hairdresser tell me I wasn't in fashion. The worst was a hairdresser that told me I was too old to be dyeing my hair bright colours. My current hairdresser laughed at that and said I wasn't and they like my colour.

Cacoethes 02-08-2017 04:43 PM

Whaaat?! Thats awful!

Sketchy 02-08-2017 04:45 PM

I know! I was so shocked. That's why I'm glad to go to such a nice place now.

Cacoethes 02-08-2017 04:47 PM

A good hairdresser is worth their weight in gold!

I'm craving ginger biscuits!!
Specifically the ones you can get in tins at ikea at Christmas!

Sketchy 02-08-2017 04:49 PM

Ooh a ginger biscuit sounds lovely. I still have the chocolates my sister gave me. I haven't opened them yet. They are really good ones and I want to enjoy them.

Cacoethes 02-08-2017 04:51 PM

You have far more self control than me! Lol!
If i had chocolates in my house, they'd be gone!

Sketchy 02-08-2017 04:54 PM

I'll probably eat some this evening. She's always so good to me.

Cacoethes 02-08-2017 05:14 PM

Your sister does sound lovely!!

I've just had a shower and shaved my legs. Soo smooth!! Lolz!

Eska 02-08-2017 05:30 PM

I'm good, thanks! My room is all back in place now too, although it does still need a dust.

Lorraine I can't believe you've had hairdressers be so rude to you! That's shocking.

Beckie I need to do that too. I've been putting it off because I had scabs from picking at the skin on my legs (bad Eska!) but they've pretty much healed now so I can shave again.

Sketchy 02-08-2017 05:31 PM

I love it when my legs are freshly shaved too.

Cacoethes 02-08-2017 06:15 PM

Im feeling less tired and headachey now I've had dinner. Yay! :)

not_so_insig 02-08-2017 06:23 PM

That's great news Beckie.

Cacoethes 02-08-2017 06:31 PM

Thanks Dawn
