I rarely get a delivery because it's hard to buy things up to £40 so they don't add extra money to my order.

I've never had a supermarket delivery but if this fuel thing doesn't resolve shortly I might have to as there are no shops in walking distance! Although will the delivery van have fuel...?

I know some people have been having some problems with asda deliveries but not actually heard anything about any other supermarket deliveries having issues

I have some sweets for my happy box coming in mine plus some mince pies. I find it easy to get to the £40 but I get my cat food which is over £10 plus I only have my tesco delivery once an month so by the time I have added bread/cakes/crisps/lemonade it's over the limit.

Apparently they will call at 6:35 with an appointment but the appointment will be shortly after they call. So I'm just going to go there for that time and hope the appointment is soon after. The annoying thing is that there isn't even a coffee shop I can sit in!

I'm going to the gym with my support worker and another service user at 1pm. I really don't want to go but have to. I'm feeling loads of difficult emotions which makes it hard to get on ok in the gym.

All nurse appointments have gone a bit weird since covid.
I would usually get them taken out at either my gp surgery or the other surgery in town. But sometimes you get sent to the next town or another town that is inaccessible by public transport!
I think because nurse appointments get booked up weeks in advance this was the only appointment available. And obviously I need the staples out within the 10 days.

My brother got given an appointment at the fracture clinic but when he got there they were just doing first come first served.

Also I have had to stop doing the dishwasher just now because I was too spasmy.

That's annoying tamo!

Did you go to the gym lindsay?

I had 2 substitutions. One was my aero (I asked for peppermint and they gave me plain) the other was my potato salad and coleslaw (instead of being in one carton they gave me a tub of each) which was ok.

I put on my heating for a tiny while. It's cold in my house but I don't want my neighbours see that I'm using my heating.

Yes I went to the gym, I'm getting bored of it on top of battling through the difficult MH stuff that comes with it.
