I've been on/off dozing since about 6:30. Body still wakes up for work even at weekends. =(

I went back to sleep for a couple of hours on the sofa.

I need to get washed and dressed. I need to buy magnesium and lunch. I have a food shop being delivered later this afternoon which I desperately need.
