I'm ok thanks but the spasming is affecting my walking, holding things, talking, typing, everything.

I can't sleep through the day either. I used to when my sleep was a mess but it made me feel out of control which made me really suicidal. When will you be able to get to bed Beckie?

Spasms sound annoying Tamo, I had similar when I started a new med. Do they come and go?

Yes they come and go but sometimes multiples in one go. We suspect it's a side effect of clozapine and I'm on meds for seizures but not a high dose.

Tbh I usually go to bed around 9 anyway but sometimes, like last night, I was ready for bed at 8! Probably because of the depot

It really is!

I spend a lot of time in bed, most of the time i go to bed at 8.30 and get up at 10. Don't judge me! My meds make me tired (that's my excuse anyway)

Clozapine used to do that to me too so don't worry about it!

It's just another police show really. Lots of high speed chases and catching baddies!
