I fell back to sleep for an hour, oops! I was really sleepy too. Trying to get back into a routine with my sleep, its been all over the place since lockdown started.

Nothing exciting for me.
Just an asda delivery. With 2 substitutions. Grrrrr!

I hate substitutions, they’re usually more expensive than the original thing you wanted! I always tick ‘no substitutions’ when getting an online delivery, but to be fair during lockdown I’ve found it much easier (and cheaper) to just go yourself. I would only get heavy stuff like cat litter and fizzy juice delivered now.

I need to get a move on and phone my GP. He’s supposed to be referring me to the CMHT, but I’m not hopeful because the last time I was referred (about a year ago) they declined the referral. How is one supposed to get help woth mentals if the CMHT won’t see you?! Its ridiculous.

I usually go to asda every day or every other day to get stuff but thought I'd treat myself!
I got a lot of heavy stuff.
Luckily the only substitutions weren't too far off what I wanted. One was only a different flavour of jelly which is fine.

The system is most definitely flawed when it comes to mental health referrals.
I hope you get somewhere this time!

Do they still have that thing where you fan choose which items you'll let them substitute and with what? I used to do that. Glad yours were ok though beckie. Jealous you managed to get a delivery slot!

I hope the MH team can at least signpost where you can get help if they themselves cant. Good luck with life admin.

Yes you can still do that. I chose not to though because the substitutions were ok.

We had a full blown storm but its ok again now.

My phone is warning me of thunderstorms. Weird considering it's sunny and hot at the moment!

Yeah the storms here cleared the air which is much better. I like heat but not humidity.

We had thunder but no rain yesterday. It's muggy here.

I nearly swallowed about 3 thunder bugs on my way back from the cmht.
Had a surprise depot injection. Just got back and going to have some soup for lunch.

Does anyone else get worried that their washing machine is going to randomly blow up when in use?
I've suddenly become really anxious about it for some reason!

I can’t comment Beckie because our washing machine is only 6 months old, the council gave us it when we moved in. The bed they gave us has already caved in though, so if it did blow up it wouldn’t surprise me!

I’m just going to the bank and the shop today, my direct debit for my phone bill didn’t go out of my bank but I do have money in it. Its not a holiday today is it?

Mine is 3 years old and was brand new so it should be ok. The only thing is it's a washer dryer and dryers have the tendency to break apparently!
