Slow cookers are cheap to run when compared to an oven. Plus it's very hard to overcook anything in a slow cooker whereas a oven can burn your dinner.

I understand the cheapness of it. Surely if you left it in there long enough it would still burn?

No it never burns. I once left something in the slow cooker for 12 hours and it wasn't burnt.

You should get one of those old lady trolleys! I've always thought they were a fantastic idea, if a little unfashionable.

A few years ago my mum had a shopping trolley but she doesn't use it anymore because the walk is too far.

I'm in the queue to get into Asda. It goes literally all the way round the carpark! No idea how long I'm going to be queuing for... Didn't bring earphones either because I wanted to make sure I could hear any instructions. =(

I survived! The queue moved quite quickly in the end. Think it just looked worse because everyone was spread out. So many people not keeping to 2m apart in the store though. Someone practically barged me out of the way to get some cheese...

I got an Easter egg bought for me for the first time in about 10 years! Dads partner left it on my doorstep :-) it's a malteasers one.

Dad bought me one all the way back at the beginning of March - that didn't last long hehe.
