I've slept too much today and now can't sleep now. Got to get up at 6.15 as well.

My back doesn't feel as bad today - still hurts but I can move more freely.

I'd planned to go to church this morning but my alarm didn't go off. It took ages to get to sleep so I was kind of grateful.

My cpn phoned. Apparently she's had an emergency and asked if it was ok if she came on Thursday instead. So I was right in thinking that she was coming today. Fortunately I am ok mentally so it wont make much difference having my depot two days late.

I had to put the ds on charge :(

I had group today, and I feel weird, stirred up emotions my meds etc have been blocking.

I have had my tea. Gnocchi and green beans with pesto and rocket salad.

Ooo yum that sounds very tasty! I had chicken tagliatelle.

It was rather yummy. Never had it before.

It is that dreaded time of the month where I need to give the cats their flea treatments. Oh. Damn.

Our cat hates being defleed too

They wriggle too much and they also have too much hair to find their neck. I'm sure there is a tablet version of flea treatment but the vet said no, maybe just because I'm on a pre paid plan thing but I think I'd be willing to pay more for a tablet so I was sure they had been properly treated.

Off to do the hoovering.
