I watched something which affected me like that on saturday (completly differnt thing) an it really mesed me up for a few a days. So just be caustious.(sp)

i know and i use to always have some sort of b&j in my fridge in the months before xmas, it was what i lived on with coffee (was the only thing i always had in) but since then have had no more or either, goes to shop and buys more for all

yes i know, i also lived of american time (the pa time zone which was 5 hours behind the uk) for three months. i'm currently living of apples and cereals and organic full fat milk.

i love apples and that is sort of proper food, no reason for me eating what i do or living of a different time zone, but im now fully back on english time
