In my experience, I know I'm getting depressed when I don't get bored at all and I can happily sit and do nothing.
I actually think getting bored is a good sign in regards to depression.
That might just be me though . I'm sure others have said the same too!

I'm not sure, its come a bit out of the blue. I am a bit busy berating myself for feeling low when I have no good reason to feel low to do things I know would be more helpful! I have a few plans over the weekend but in the sort of mood where I'd rather spend the day in bed! It is a shame it is not a socially acceptable way to spend the weekend.
