I phoned my CPN yesterday but he didn't get back to me. Hopefully he will phone today and agree to chase it up.

I am very sleepy today for some reason. Still waiting for amazon as they keep on changing the time it is due to arrive. I have to be here as it's alcohol (present for my mum) so can't be left.

I had to leave work because my shoulder pain became unbearable.

My CPN phoned back and he phoned the GP surgery and they said my med change won't be ready to start until next Monday. He was kind of annoyed because they originally told him 4 days.

I considered it tbh
But called 111 and they referred me to a pharmacy??
I've already been to the pharmacy today, to get voltarol gel and heat pads for my shoulder (not working, hence leaving work and calling 111) and also saw the urgent care practitioner at my GP yesterday who gave me codeine and said to take that, paracetamol and ibuprofen. Which I have been doing. But it is not helping.
So really unsure what a pharmacy can do that i haven't already done!

She said its muscular. That's about it!

My parcel did indeed arrive Lindsay. Thankfully my mum had left by the time it did otherwise she would see it's for her. Now to get the money from my dad as it's from him and he couldn't ask my mum to get it obvs. He also didn't want it going to his house plus it was prime eligible and I have a prime account.

I have bought 4 birthday cards for people this month. It's my first cousin's once removed this month (in fact it is today) too but my mum buys her card so I don't have to worry about it.

My 2nd cousin's birthday is on New Years Day.

I'm ok. Still in quite a bit of pain, but I'm at work.
I did tell my boss that I couldn't come in, but he said that another person was off too, so i said I'd come in, otherwise it would massively screw them over because there'd be no one to close. So I'll pretty much just be doing till.
