Just went to check on my neighbour. He's in his 80s and the snow outside his door hadn't been stepped in. Took him some long life milk; he said he was OK for everything else as he's stocked up, but had ran out of milk.

Good news. My sister got home safely and doesn’t have to stay overnight at the hospital. She had to get a taxi.

How's it going, Emma? I hope that 4x4 journey goes well. Boo to work. Such is the life of those who work in healthcare, right? There were 4x4s ferrying clinical staff to and from the hospital today. They've made the physio gym into a dormitory for staff who can't get home tonight. I only live 1.5 miles from where I work, so was able to walk both ways. Took me an hour mind!

I am glad that I am not due my depot soon as there would be no way I could get to my cmht which is based in the hospital and the nurses might not be in or able to get to me. I am a bit worried about my tesco order but only the cat food, lemonade and cheese is essential so if necessary I can get my parents to get it.

I got milk from Morrison's, + other stuff too, I'm OK, still a bit cold, going to nap this afternoon, then have dinner.

I’m babysitting a very hyper Molly and watching doctor who.

Hey Lorraine! Aww hyper Molly sounds great! My friends have a cat and says there is such a thing as "kitty witching hour" when they go a little mad. :P

Possibly my earliest memory ever was watching Dr. Who when I was 3-years-old, 1977.

I, well not I, my parents had several cats over the decades, one was a real character, he died in 2005, but I still have dreams that he's still alive.

I don't watch Dr. Who or James Bond movies, never going to be like it used to be.

I had a dream about the cat I'm getting last night! I dreampt that I'd brought her home before I'd got the place ready for her and she had nowhere cosy to hide. :(

No, that is Monty, a British Blue cat, he was cute.

I grew up with Burmese cats, one in particular lived for 15 years, of all the cats I've known, he was my favourite, even though Monty was cute.

They say you shouldn't have favourite pets.

The snow is now just melty mush here now. =(

Which is good really, it just looks sad outside when it's halfway gone.

Why sad?

Because it's pretty outside when everything is all white... and now it's patchy... When everything is all green and brown and normal again I'll have forgotten all about the snow but as it's halfway gone it's just a sad transition to watch!
