I hit my head Tuesday afternoon and managed to get another concussion. So not great. Woke up because of headache but pain seems a little less this morning than last night which is good at least.

Stay in bed is my main plan as doing stuff makes my head hurt more! Might try and get back to sleep.

Oh. I think my pharmacy is open. They only gave me one day of meds and didn't say anything about it being closed so I hope it's not.

Everywhere is packed! Easter rush i guess. Aldi was mental. And it's raining quite a bit!
But at least that's everything done for the day.

I slept for a couple more hours. Taking things very gently. Head hurts a bit more now.

It's absolutely chucking it down here and has been all day. Windy too.

Glad your meds arrived and you're getting through your washing, Tamo. I never do more than one washing in one day. I just do one every couple of days which works for me.

I am being stressed and hassling the cmht. Waiting for a call back.

Trying to rest and failing. Thoughts are egoing a million miles an hour and my head hurts.

Think all you can really do is painkillers and rest

I just took some painkillers so hopefully when they kick in it will be easier to settle down and rest. I am very frustrated at ending up with a head injury again.
