christmas exams time support thread.
 

heyar,

i know i'm not the only majorly stressed student out there! so much to study, so little time and the like.

so i thought i'd start a thread for those who have exams soonish to have a bit of a chat when we're not studying, share any tips, have a space to freak out, and of course, a place to dispense sympathetic hugs, support each other through this, and give lovely squishes.

feel free to ignore if you think this is a bad idea/ hate me.

I have a French oral on Thursday. That should be... interesting. I think my tests start in two weeks. I should really start to study actually. Damn.

Urgh my actual exams are one resit at the beggining of january and the other 2 are on my birthday and the day after >.< typical.

Im really behind and I don't actually care if I fail now I am going to try pass my resit so its out the way and try ctch up with my art coursework and then if I have to resit the year for my other two subjects

you've allll christmas to revise (now doesn't that sound fun!) and catch up iwth art, which you can do, and yeah, it is typical, but if you start swooting up now, you'll be able to do them, can you like go to teachers etc and ask for help?

No cause half my teachers are evil one in particular lol
But yeah I don't go in much anyway
And they don't mind about me resitting this year because the head of sixth form like me lol

I have my first final tomorrow, then I have an exam on Wednesday and the rest of the finals for the college begin on Thursday the 4th. This is a great thread. I hope to survive yet another semester pretty well scathed just a little.

I wish mine were mocks.

My first uni exams start in 2 weeks. On Biological and General Psychology. >.<

I also have another essay due in next week, an assignment due in on the 16th, and a presentation to do on Thursday. Meh. :(

Art kids have to get everything done before finals week even starts here...:crazy:

One class, everything is due Monday. I'm in good shape for this class for the most part, though I would like to do more...I'm trying not to drive myself too mad, though.

My other class, the final is due Wednesday...We have to fabricate a pin or ring and enamel it........We're doing a new fabrication technique, so I'll have to do at least 2 to get my final perfect...Plus, I have to fix old projects by the following Monday...

Today, I was working from 8 AM to 8 PM, and I feel guilty for not staying later or doing more...Does anyone else experience this? It's putting me in a bad mood and making me feel like I'm not good enough, and nothing I make is good enough...:-(

On top of it all, I am sick. :pinch:

Working for twelve hours straight I do not think there is anymore you could have done, especially being ill as well. Breaks are just as important because you do need to take care of yourself. You've worked really hard so give yourself a pat on the back and a reward tomorrow!

BLARGH. I have two exams in January. One's Biochemistry the other is Human Physiology.
Human Physiology is SO hard. And Biochemistry is so long, I have 2 hours to write 3 essays and answer 5 shorter answer questions (i.e a page each)
Wtf.

However. There's one good thing about January.
LOAN COMES THROUGH <3

French oral was actually okay. Or bien, even.
Now only 8 exams left, which start tomorrow week.
Then five weeks til my mock exams. Another 8, plus Irish and French orals.
Then another few weeks until the 8 exams (plus a French and Irish oral) that will decide where I go for uni.

Sound.

January exams for me tooooo. Ew.

I've never ever had exams this early, minus the year 11 mocks and a few minor modular exams last year too.

The whole revision over Christmas thing is an utter JOKE, even if the exams really aren't.
One on the 8th. That's two days after the holidays. Grh.
