Winter or summer?
 

Clocks going forward means the summer is here.. :sad: ..anyone else prefer winter too? Or am I just like the only one. :confused:

I'm definitely a winter girl. I don't know why really, I just prefer it. Cozy nights in with the family, hot chocolate, warm jumpers, just all nice and cuddly.

Summer is hot and sticky lol.

I'm a summer girl. That's where all the good memories happen.

But I love cuddling up in a blanket on a cold winter night.

I used to prefer winter because summers were too hot for a few years. I also like that people are more calm in winters - and they wear more clothes lol. Now that we get more snow there are too many accidents in winter. I also took up riding a bicycle the last 5 years and winters put the kibosh on that.

i like summer most of the time, thats when all the fun happens although it can be too hot when i have to keep covered up, and i am making big plans for next summer
i like winter too, getting wrapped up warm and going for a walk when the rain is pouring, like the look of the snow too although i fall on the ice a lot!

Late spring/early summer.

When the sun is shining and it's warm then I am very happy.

I much prefer the summer. Warmer and nicer.
I don't like that it gets light so early though. Wakes me up at unreasonable hours.
Spring is much more reasonable for dawn hours.

I love both. I love all seasons, actually. I get really excited by the season changes. Like, right now I love love love daffodils, I love that it's still sort-of light in evenings, it smells gorgeous most of the time and it's starting to get warm. Summer I love for the hot days, late evenings and flip-flops. Autumn is fab because of the colours, leaves and conkers, and I love winter for the snow, Christmas and wrapping up nice and warm.

My friends used to laugh at me because at the start of every season I'd get really excited.

I hate summer because I cannot stand wearing summer clothes.

I love both seasons just as much as the other.

I definitely prefer the summer. Winter makes me too sad, but I prefer the winter clothes.

In true British style I prefer whichever one it currently isn't :P

Really its neither though, I like Spring and Autumn the most :) Warm enough to not have to wear a coat is perfect weather to me.

This is very me! I quite like the weather at the minute though. The sun's shining but there's a breeze so it's not stifling and it doesn't look strange to have a cardy on :)

owh i love winter. wearing lots of warm clothes, sitting in front of the fire and SNOW.
but the summer is so lovely. i love just being able to sit in the park all day in the sun with lots of pimms. oh i love love love summer. i'm so excited!

I like them both though I like seeing the sun and it being a bit warmer.

Summer. You can eat ice cream outside without freezing and therefore it is the best. :P

it's okay Jo, i've known this for a while! lets go to the park and drink lots of pimms :) (when it's sunny, of course!)

Winter I don't like the long daylight hours of summer dOnt like the heat either

I"m always too cold, never too hot. So I love the summer :D

I love winter heaps more, it is autumn here at the moment love it :)

I love summer. Girls in floaty dresses, spending the day at the beach/pier, drinking in the park all evening, not having to worry about how many layers to wear and everyone's in a better mood when the sun's out.

I prefer spring and autumn lol, only because if it's too hot and bright i get ill, get migrains, break out in prickly heat or some sort of rash and literally cant go out with out aload of sun cream and sunshades.
In the winter, it's not as bad but all my joints ache ):

im for summer.. long summer evenings fighting with midgies.. i loove it.. i never win :) i love summer mornings to.. spring is my top :D

Although our winter would be much less extreme than yours, no snow or anything...so I just like the cooler weather :). Summer is hot and humid and horrid haha.
