"It's not my fault"
 

So many of us spend to much time thinking that what they did to us was our fault. That we caused it somehow. But another part of us knows that it wasn't or even isn't our fault. So I was thinking each day (or whenever you are feeling like it is your fault) we could come on this thread and just write "it's not/wasn't my fault". Maybe if we write it enough we will fully believe it? :)

The people that know tell me that it's not my fault on a regular basis but i find it so hard to believe it myself. So it's a really good idea for a thread. I'll say it soon, i promise :) x

I find it so hard to say, loads of people say it wasn't, but i am still half stuck in my ways of thinking it was but.. am going to say it anyway , maight help in some way.
