Hi. Problem with entering chat room. help please.
 

Hi. I entered chat and I wasnt in any room so I tried to change it and there were no rooms to click. anyone have any idea what the problem is?

At the top of the screen near the red log out button is a button that looks like a door, click on that then select the room you want to go in.

thats just it, there are no chat rooms to select when I click the door.

have you cleared your cookies/browser history and then tried again?

make sure you have flash and it's up to date

I cleared all the browsing data/ cookies /cache. >.< i also got flash player. its not working.

What web browser are you running? It's been known to do that with 64 bit internet browsers

Ok, now i'm stumped. Only other thing I can think of is that your using a 64bit browser (Not sure if Google Chrome is), which chat isnt fully compatiable with

Its weird because it worked on the computer at my moms house and not this one. this one is a dual core the other one is not.. would that make a difference?

I think I might've found the problem.. is it possible cybersitter could be screwing with it? cause its on the computer.

by the looks of the program yes it would effect chat. Try disabling it.
