oh dear I see the harry potter mania has started in here aswell. I love the books, they are awesome, but the films I'm afriad are ****, well the first two are okish, but from the 3rd film oh dear god.

I'm feeling okay thanls Nicole , I'm re adusting to "Normal" Life after My Grandmas Death , Funeral and family get together all in the last 2 weeks . I watched the Rugby (Wales v Fiji) Last night and didn't catch hardly any Children in Need . My Dad said you like that singer on CIN , Sheryl Crow and I had to say no Dad, it's Cheryl Cole on the T.V. tonight hee!

lol. aaw, i watched it cause i like all the stuff, and i think its a good cause, we all wore our PJs to college yesterday :D (and also, cheryl cole is hot!) glad you're doing ok and adjusting to normal life :)

Cheryl cole is not unattractive yep , But just not my kind of music. It is a good cause but I'm a bit skint right now and have my money earmarked for Water/Gas/Electricity and Christmas presants . Oh and Grocerys of course .
I'm 2 presants away from being toally sorted for Chrismas for Family and Friends , So Skint now , hopefully:S not so skint mid December :)

lol, aaw, i like her music! oh dear, i havent even started buying christmas presents :/ i have no money. lol. heh, not looking forward to christmas at all this year! we are putting the christmas tree up at college next week.

aaw lol, glad you're doing so well, that sounded very positive! i'm kinda feeling annoyed and stressed but feel a lot better for knowing that i have about an hour then my mum is going out and i will have the house to myself for the rest of the night! lol

Fair enough :) I wasn't attacking you, just wondered :D I don't like Dr Who myself but nobody can like everything ^_^

its ok, fair enough see I don't understand how someone can't like dr who, but then there you go, as you said not everyone can like everything, I just seem to not like things which are popular and like things which are not popular.
Even the guy from the crisis team looked at me really weirdly when I said I like the Tudors.

Oliver: I like the Tudors too - I like history: both in terms of our (human) history, and things like word history. I love being able to tell people the history of the words they use. Like "nice" has gone from meaning "foolish, stupid and senseless" (late 13c), to "precise and careful" (1500s) and now we use it to mean whatever we want!! Nice!! Sorry, I got carried away. The thing is that you are never going to like everything that everyone else likes. To be able to find something in common with anyone is always a challenge.

By the way ... I have to join you in not liking HP films. I wasn't particularly into the books either I have to admit. I think I made it up to about book 4 before I just stopped reading ... but I'm a little fussy when it comes to reading. I tend to stick to my Sir Terry Pratchett (Discworld novels) and IT textbooks. *shrugs* I think I'm a geek freak.

Oliver: it is true. you can't like everything and there is always someone who doesnt have a lot of similar inerests as you have. I love horses, my horse is the most important thing in the world for me. A lot of people I know think that I'm a weirdo, because horses are that important. And probably, because I am not a party person...

Personally, I love Harry Potter. It stopped me cutting one night, I read The Half Blood Prince instead and for that I will always love them and JK. Some of my other top loves are fanfiction, writing and acting, a sad existence for a 16 year old girl. Most people think it's uncool to stay in writing rather than go to parties, or that I'd rather go to the theatre than drink. I'm trying to think of something I don't love now...hmmm...oh, Achmed the Dead Terrorist or however you spell his stupid name. Loads of people think it's really funny, but it has never managed to raise so much as a smile from me and I don't get the appeal myself.

Lia, I also don't like going out. Well I don't mind too much going out with my Mum & her colleagues to their work parties (usually one of a colleague's). But will never ever go clubbing ever again. Have gone 3 times and hated it. Infact the last time I left home early, bit tipsy and didn't even get a taxi. I never go out with my friends during the evening now, because they always want to go clubbing/drinking.
