Cant take this world *Help needed*

Hi all not been on here for agers but i have only just got out of hospital, I dont know what to do anymore i was so close last time i just want it over and done with i cant cope with this world its so horrible... what can i do to stop feeling like this..... Help i just wanna die....
I feel like i cant verbally tell anyone i just do it ............. i have tried alsorts of distractions and nothing works... my eating is really bad as well i just dont wanna eat.... i only got up 2 hours ago n its now 23:32 whats sort of life am i living ????????? really cant cope with all of this
HELP what do i do ??????????????????????????

Don't worry about being away hun *hugs you*. All I can offer you right now is understanding and a non judgmental ear (or is it eye if I am reading it?........hmmm) Anyway, maybe the first step would be to try and sort your sleeping pattern out so that at least you might feel more 'in sync' with the world? Could you speak to the hospital about how you are feeling now?

Can you talk to the counselors at the hospital and find out what they suggest?

Hi there, I have to say that you are using a distraction and you are talking, because you are talking on here and thats good. You are talking to people who understand how you're feeling and can be there for you.
If you need to talk at all pm me I check in regularly ( unless this daft laptops playing up lol) but please don't hesitate.
